6. Saved Results & Data
Saved results reflect the calculator outputs at the time of saving. If calculator logic is updated, previously saved results are not recalculated. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to your account or saved data. We recommend not relying on SmartMoney77 as your sole record of financial calculations.
7. SmartMoney Score
The SmartMoney Score is for entertainment and educational purposes only. It does not constitute a financial assessment, credit score, or professional evaluation of any kind. The scoring methodology may change over time.
8. Account Termination
You can request deletion of your account and all data by emailing invest@smartmoney77.com. We may delete inactive accounts (no login for 24+ months) after sending a warning email 30 days in advance. Upon deletion, all profile data, saved results, and associated data are permanently removed.
9. Disclaimer of Liability
The results displayed by the calculators are theoretical estimates only, based on theoretical assumptions. Past returns do not guarantee future results. The website is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may result from the use of information presented on it.
